Description
“La mia dieta by Nutribook” is a companion app for the well‑known nutrition platform Nutribook, a market leader among nutrition professionals in Italy. Its purpose is to give patients something that can support them day by day throughout their nutritional journey.
Process
Goals
The goal was as simple as it was complex: designing a great interface and user experience for an app in which users actually have relatively few interaction flows. After an initial round of research with the client, I gathered the requirements and desired style, then moved on to working on the wireframes.
UI
After many iterations of moodboards with the client, we chose the main color of the app by blending several shades of orange and copper into a gradient, then tying everything together with a subtle noise texture that makes the interface feel more cohesive.
Feebacks
After launch, feedback from nutritionists and patients arrived quickly. We refined certain aspects to enhance the user experience. Now the app is widely used by nutritionists and patients to follow their diets.
